Meta Ads Specialist
Create and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
- Design audience targeting strategies using Custom Audiences, Lookalikes, and interest-based targeting
- Set up and manage Conversions API (CAPI) integration
- Develop creative testing frameworks and brief the creative team
- Optimize campaigns for various objectives (purchase, lead gen, awareness)
- Monitor ad fatigue and refresh creative strategy proactively
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years hands-on Meta Ads experience
- Deep understanding of Meta Pixel, CAPI, and attribution
- Experience with Advantage+ Shopping and catalog campaigns
- Strong creative sense - ability to identify high-performing ad concepts
- Analytical skills with experience in Ads Manager reporting
- Excellent written English
Nice to Have
- Meta Blueprint certification
- Experience with creative tools (Figma, Canva)
- Background in DTC e-commerce
- Understanding of iOS14+ impact on tracking
