Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.
What You'll Do
- Build and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, PMax, Display, YouTube)
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
- Set up conversion tracking and enhanced conversions
- Manage budgets and bidding strategies to hit ROAS/CPA targets
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports
- A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years managing Google Ads campaigns
- Experience with Google Merchant Center and Shopping campaigns
- Understanding of Performance Max campaign structure
- Familiarity with GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have
- Google Ads certifications
- Experience with automated bidding strategies
- Knowledge of feed optimization tools
- Basic scripting skills (Google Ads Scripts)
