When this premium fashion brand came to us, they were generating €50K in monthly revenue through a mix of organic and paid channels. Their previous agency had achieved a 2.5x ROAS, but scaling beyond €100K in ad spend always led to diminishing returns.
The core challenge was threefold: attribution was broken (they were using last-click in an era of iOS14), creative was stale (same 5 ads running for 6 months), and campaign structure was chaotic (50+ campaigns with overlapping audiences competing against each other).

Our strategy was methodical. Month 1-2: Implement proper tracking (server-side GTM, enhanced conversions, Conversions API). Month 3-4: Consolidate campaigns from 50+ to 8 core campaigns using STAG structure. Month 5+: Scale with fresh creative and aggressive testing.

Consolidate & Optimize
Restructured from 50+ campaigns to 8 core campaigns. Implemented STAG (Single Theme Ad Groups) for Shopping. Launched Performance Max with proper asset groups and audience signals.
Scale with Creative
Launched aggressive creative testing program (15 new concepts/month). Built dynamic creative framework for personalization. Expanded to new markets with localized campaigns.
