Lead performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic channels for our biggest clients.

- Own the performance strategy for a portfolio of high-growth clients
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic campaigns with €500K+ monthly budgets
- Develop and execute testing frameworks for creative, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Build and mentor a team of performance specialists
- Present monthly performance reviews and strategic recommendations to clients
- Collaborate with data team on attribution modeling and marketing mix analysis
Τι ψάχνουμε
- 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax) and Meta Ads
- Experience managing €100K+ monthly ad spend
- Strong analytical skills - comfortable with GA4, Looker Studio, SQL basics
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns while maintaining ROAS targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (Greek is a plus)

- Experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or programmatic platforms
- Familiarity with server-side tracking (GTM SS, CAPI)
- Background in e-commerce or SaaS marketing
- Google Ads certifications
