- 3+ years of data analysis experience
- Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Experience with BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau)
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs
- Familiarity with GA4 and marketing attribution concepts
- Strong storytelling skills - ability to translate data into business recommendations

- Experience with Python (pandas, matplotlib)
- Knowledge of dbt and data warehousing concepts
- Familiarity with marketing mix modeling
- Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing
